"My son and I stayed in this cottage while in Kodiak and it was truly amazing. You would not know it from the outside. Don’t let the rustic exterior fool you. Step in and you are transported to a super modern interior. Decor was well thought out. All amenities one could need. Beautiful view of lake and in a quiet area with nice neighbors but only a short drive to town. Jessica was super responsive and helpful. "Amazing waterfront location! Very clean space with all needed amenities. We loved going down to the

glass. The trampoline was a fun way to get some extra energy out. The porch is covered, which allowed us to dine al fresco even in the rain. We would definitely recommend this place to friends, and would stay again if we went back to Kodiak."

"The property was absolutely gorgeous with amazing views. Very clean home with all kinds of unique character inside the house. We had a party of 5 and there was plenty of room for gathering together and also enough room that we never felt cramped. The
