Situated on 2.5 acres of orchard land, the house is quiet, peaceful, and cozy. Only 10 - 15 minutes from the main Town of Kodaikanal. Unobstructed views of Mount Perumal, Vilpatti Village and its terraced farm lands, Waterfalls and the Palni Temple and plains.

Perfect for remote working, families, couples or anyone looking to really switch off and be with nature in total privacy.

Our Caretaker can prepare all meals at a nominal additional cost.
