You can start your day right with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the nice amenities of this apartment and everything surrounding - because you are right in the center of Koblenz.

To ensure that your sleep is first class, an extra large single bed (1.20mx2.00m) and hotel-standard bedding awaits you.

Of course, there`s also a dining area for 2 people as well as a cozy sitting area with armchair and large smart TV with streaming options.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and everything else you need to cook deliciously.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower - a washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available in the apartment.

Of course we provide fresh towels and all essentials like shower gel & shampoo.

The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home!

Our apartments are located in the middle of Koblenz`s pedestrian zone with all stores, restaurants and sights within walking distance. It doesn`t get much more central than this.

The train station `Koblenz-Stadtmitte` is about 5 minutes walking from our building.
Apart from that you are in the middle of the city center and can reach almost all important spots by foot.

Please note that parking and an elevator are not included.
However, the parking garage `Altlöhrtor` is only a 3 minute walk away.
Important: There, vehicle access is only possible until about 20:30h (normal access and exit, however, 24h).
From 20:30h we recommend the underground car park `Görresplatz`, about 7 minutes walk.

We provide high quality bed linen and towels. You can also expect a welcome kit with coffee and tea as well as a small care kit.

Additional services:
- late check-out is subject to availability and can be booked at an additional cost.
- Cleaning during the stay can also be booked for an extra charge

A security deposit will be held and authorized on your credit card during the reservation process. This amount is only authorized and blocked on your credit card and will be released within 7 days after check out if no damages are incurred during the stay.
