Apartments Koblenz-City

Our apartments Koblenz-City are located in a green residential complex in the south of the city of Koblenz. They are extremely conveniently located. It only takes a few minutes to reach the main train station. By car you can quickly reach the beautiful surroundings of Koblenz on both sides of the Rhine with its wonderful forests, castles and fortresses.
To the Rhine arm "Schwanenteich" it is only 200m from the apartments Koblenz-City as the crow flies. From there you can take a nice walk - z. For example, with a small stop in the wine village - take the famous Koblenzer Rheinanlagen to the German Eck or in the old town of Koblenz. The paths along the Rhine can also be used by bicycles. You are welcome to rent bikes from us.
Also in the immediate vicinity is the Königsbacher brewery, opposite on the other side of the Rhine a very nice beer garden (Maximilians Brauwiesen) and for sports enthusiasts the tennis center, the outdoor pool and the stadium Oberwerth.
The apartments Koblenz-City itself are located in a house opposite on the 2nd floor. There are two identical, 90 square meters apartments. Each apartment can comfortably accommodate 4-6 people.
The apartments were completely renovated in May 2014. You will find new bathrooms and kitchens, as well as completely new, modern furniture and fittings. They each consist of a large living room, 2 bedrooms, a built-in kitchen, a bathroom with shower, a separate toilet, a balcony and a small storage room.

The bedrooms are equipped with 2 single beds (0,90m x 2,00m). If required, we can also put them together for you as a double bed. In addition, there is the possibility to provide an extra bed in the larger bedrooms.
We pay particular attention to the high quality of the beds: all beds have 7-zone cold foam reversible mattresses with different hardnesses, on the one hand with a degree of hardness of 2, on the other with a degree of hardness of 3, depending on your personal sleeping habits and thus offer the best Comfort.

The kitchens are fully equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric. Stove and oven, microwave with grill function, refrigerator with 3 * tray, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and of course enough crockery.

The spacious living rooms each have 2 sofa beds and a large dining table, which offers enough space for up to 6 people.

Amenities include a 40-inch flat screen TV (SMART TV, cable TV), an electric grill with which you can grill on the balcony in the summer months, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, and vacuum cleaner. Bed linen and towels can be provided upon request for a surcharge. There is free internet access via Wifi in the apartments. Each of our guests has 1 separate parking space directly at the house. You can also rent bicycles of various sizes from us.
