The hotel wasn’t as expected. The futon beds were pretty flat and when asking for another futon to double up, they said no. We at least got another blanket though. Sleeping on the floor wasn’t very comfortable unfortunately. We had a great view with our room with a very big/wide window! That was very cool at least. The manga section in the lobby was neat. But the room was constantly damp feeling and kinda humid. Smelt like ocean sewer in our room haha. The towels always smelled off, not clean smelling. The bathroom had a deep tub which was nice but to get into the bathroom, there was a high step to get into there. Didn’t understand the restaurant either. They said private only? The elevator was nice to have but sounded like it was going to break down most of the time. It was okay for the short stay we were there but don’t think we’ll be booking again in the future.

We called this place home for two weeks and would definitely stay again. There is a market on the basement floor and it’s near other shopping options and right on top of the station that leads to the main station, making this location extremely convenient.

They had nice amenities and it was quit. It’s an older building and you can tell but that jut adds to the charm. I would stay again.

We had a great experience here as a family. The location near Namba Station and Dotonbori made exploring Osaka so easy, and the room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Excellent value — we’d gladly stay here again!
