Brown Hotel is a really nice place to stay, an oasis in Krabi Town. Is it close to the sights? No, but the staff are so friendly and helpful to arrange for you to go anywhere you want, the room is clean and nicely decorated so is a great private place to relax. Really recommend - we enjoyed our stay a lot.

A beautiful resort in the heart of Krabi. Lovely swim-up pool bar with plenty of loungers and yummy 2-for-1 happy hour cocktails. The buffet breakfast was superb!! This place was the perfect way to start my Thailand adventure. I recommend taking a longboat to Railay West for the day. You can book just down on the corner near the beach. My only negative is that the bed was very hard. You may be able to request a soft bed when booking.

The garden bungalows were peaceful and lovely. Excellent included buffet breakfast was a real treat. Note that Google will show the address as being in Railay West beach - however the hotel stretches between east to west beaches, with the reception right near the Railay east floating pier (check in there) and the restaurant on Railay west beach. A great location!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, water pressure is great, toilet flashing is powerful. My only issue is the traffic noise you can hear outside at night. Otherwise, great location- only 10 min ride to Ao Nang beach. Convenient for tours pick up. In overall, very happy with my stay and extended it for 3 extra nights.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and modern. The pool and swim-up bar are lovely, with a range of swimming areas so kids can swim in the shallow pool and adults on the far side of the pool to get away from the noise. It is on the Railay East side, however it is only 5 minutes walk to Railay West where the nice beaches are. Stayed the day before flying out of Krabi. Clean, modern property with friendly staff convenient to airport and shopping.

This resort was absolutely amazing! The staff are so lovely and the resort manager is very personable and approachable. It is great to see the resort trying to make a difference caring about the environment and marine life. I strongly recommend the back of house tour which takes you through the resort grounds where you learn about the beautiful island how the resort does what it does.

We loved this place. Went on our honeymoon and were looking for a quiet location. It was perfect. The staff and service is the best and friendliest we've ever experienced. The spa was glorious! Tubkaak deserves 5 stars.

Good facilities and location. Walking distance to good authentic eateries. We spent 3 nights there and moved on to Aonang.

This was an awesome place you stay. The staff were so friendly. They made everything very easy. However the one thing I would say is that be careful in booking any trips through these guys. We booked a whole day thing that was to involve snorkelling and elephant trekking. But when we got to the boat it was this horrendous old long tail boat that was taking on water badly, and no elephant trekking or snorkelling ever happened. The hotel was fully booked when we were there but was still so quiet and relaxing. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need, but are not luxury (not luxury prices either!!), but are very comfortable. We would go back in a heartbeat, a gem of a place
