"Overall 3.5 stars. Ive been to 3 different hotels while in Thailand and have to say this was number 3 out of all 3. Rooms are slightly outdated, hard bed and cant shower without putting aircon on for 15 mins. Staff are ok, every other hotel gies above and beyond. 3.5 star is fair. "

"The property is situated in a perfect location. The swimming pools are incredible, and well maintained. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, but needs some serious updating. The beds were too firm, and my safe didn’t work properly. We had a swim up room that was in a great location; it was at the end closest to the beach. This hotel was great for a short visit. If they would spend some money on new mattresses and new shower hardware, this could be a 4 or 5 star rating hotel. "

"The rooms are spacious but the hotel is in desperate need of a refurbishment it’s in an ideal location from The pier but the pool area lift and dining areas, reception and rooms are tired I would not stay here again "

"The beach staff and Staff driving guests around the property. The property is lacking upkeep. There is no mini golf or a third pool. The infinity pool needs to be replaced. The snorkeling off the beach is very good and you can swim to shark reef. We would stay here again. "

"It is a beautiful hotel and has a nice view. But the staff there were not very nice at all. We didn't ask them any more questions. The way from the room to the lobby was very far and we didn't call for a car to come after us. They kept telling us to go outside and it would come right away. We stood there in the heat for a quarter of an hour and a half, but the car didn't come. We went up three more floors to call to see if the car would come. It still didn't come, so we walked. Because they were late coming after us, all our plans were delayed. After 10 o'clock, the car wouldn't pick us up. They wouldn't serve anything until the dining room. No shops were open. When we arrived the first day, even their shampoo was empty. When I came out of the shower, we called and after 10 minutes they brought shampoo. The shower was broken and the water wasn't hot, so we took a cold shower."
