Beautiful island getaway

Very good staff - friendly and helpful. Beautiful site, v green with sturdy and well designed villas. Everything was catered for to make it a relaxing stay. When we were here there were mostly families with very young children staying. Restaurant was v good. Beach area and water in front of hotel nice and clean but saw lots of rubbish further up the beach.

Man får vad man betalar för = toppklass!!

Koh Libong är inte vår typ av ö i Thailand, men vi ville se dugonger och vi hade tur 😊 Andalay Beach Resort var dyrare och finare än vad vi brukar välja. Allt var toppen från rum, städning, frukost, personal och service - underbar personal👍 Enda minus var poolområdet som saknade plats att ställa glas etc på och/eller inte plockades undan.

Tolles Resort. Zimmer genügend gross und sauber. Sehr nettes Personal.Tolles Frühstück. Abendessen recht teuer und Bedienung für meinen Geschmack zu unterwürfig. Genügend Alternativen ausserhalb (<5min zu Fuss). Schwimmen im Meer nur bei Flut möglich.

Tolle Unterkunft mit dem freundlichsten Personal überhaupt!! Grosszügige Zimmer, leckeres Essen, unkomplizierter Service. Leider ist das Meer (Anfang November) nicht sehr einladend zum Baden.

Veldig bra for en tur for både voksne og barn..

Servicen var enestående, rommene var veldig bra, men bestiller du ikke rom med havutsikt er det lite eller bare grønt foran vindu, men du store verden det er veldig trivelig anlagt med 2 supre svømmebaseng og stranden som ligger rett nedenfor. Desverre kan du bare svømme i havet ved høyvann, men til gjenngjeld er det mye å utforske ved lavvann.Frokosten var grei både for Thai og utlending, men restauranten var eneståendé, og prisen var helt grei i forhold til kvalitet på mat. Det er gratis utleie av sykkel og 200 bath for leie av motorsykkel for en dag som anbefales. Det er en oplevelse bare å surre rundt sammen med lokalbefolkningen som er enestående hyggelig, smiler og hilser til deg. Du kan også finne fine strender uten andre mennesker. Jeg bor i Trang når jeg er på ferie en gang i året, og da utforsker jeg nærområdet fordi det er det mest naturskjønne området i hele Thailand. Oppholdet mitt her ga mersmak og jeg kommer garantert tilbake.

Der perfekte Wohlfühlort.

Der perfekte Ort zum entspannen. Perfekter Service, leckeres Essen, stilvoll eingerichtete Räumlichkeiten und eine schöne Aussicht. Reisen würde ich empfehlen am Pier zu organisieren. Da hilft „Linda Travel“, eine äußerst höfliche Frau mit perfektem Service

Erholung pur in sehr schönem Ambiente

Es ist ein traumhaft schönes Hotel mit bezauberndem Service. Die Zimmer sind mit Stil eingerichtet, die Betten sind äußerst bequem und hochwertig. Das Restaurant bietet zu fairen Preisen sehr leckeres Essen an. Und wenn man in den beachfront Bungalows übernachtet, ist man direkt am Wasser. Einzig die Buchung von Trips wird durch relativ hohe Preise erschwert. Aber entweder Bucht man diesen Trip mit anderen Paaren und teilt sich die Kosten, oder man schaut ins Ressort nebenan. Da gibts günstigere Trips. Es war der Ausklang unserer Reise und wir können sagen, dass es die perfekte Erholung zum Schluss war

A fine place to enjoy the island & the view

The hotel property and staff are absolutely wonderful. I appreciated having the use of a mountain bike during my entire stay. Breakfast was fine too. Yet, I was a bit disappointed with my room in one of their two low buildings. It advertised for a seaview, but it was blocked by the trees. The room was all right but the shower had a floor made of tree logs, absolutely uncomfortable. This would easily be resolved by having it covered with a glass or plastic covering. The beach was particularly clean and deprived of any trash or plastic waste.

Wunderschönes Hotel mit tollen Villas mitten im grünen. Der Pool mit Blick auf das Meer ist fantastisch. Wir hatten hier unseren schönsten Aufenthalt in Thailand. Die Insel ist sehr ruhig und man kann perfekt entspannen. Das Personal des Hotels war außerordentlich freundlich. Wir können das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

ホテル到着とともに従業員さんが笑顔とウェルカムドリンクで迎えてくださいました。客室はもちろんのこと、客室までのプロムナードもとても清潔です。 客室から徒歩1-2分でビーチに行けるので、あまり準備しなくてもすぐに遊べます。 自転車の無料貸出しもあるので、島内巡りもお手軽にできます。 WiFiはやや不安定です。 ホテル内レストランも快適で、食事も美味しかったです。

Very good on all counts

Andalay is a very upmarket resort, and is an ideal choice if you just want to chill out away from the madding crowds. There isn't much tourist development on the island so don't come here if you're after a wild time. All the staff were friendly and helpful and looked after us very well. Food was good and rooms were superb, but I'd suggest a villa rather than one of the Anda rooms. A couple of good alternative places to eat further along the beach. A couple of slight negatives, though - the beach is quite gritty and not the soft white sand you expect in Thailand. Also, when the tide is out, you can't swim because of all the rocks. And expect to be woken up every morning at about 5.00am by a loudspeaker blaring out the Muslim call to prayer.

Beautiful hotel near by the sea with kind staff!

Very nice hotel with beautiful bungalows. We lived in a bungalow with the view to the sea. This was great! Kind staff! Still authentic and not so many tourists! Beautiful beach walks.

I visited in August and the resort was VERY quiet and the island felt quite desolate. A good option if you are really trying to disconnect, but I felt a little stir crazy after day 1.

Ein Hotel zum Geniessen

Das Hotel wurde im letzten Jahr an eines der schönsten Strände von Koh Libong errichtet und zeichnet sich durch ein sehr gepflegtes Areal, asserordentlich freundliches Fachpersonal, Sauberkeit und tolles Frühstücksbuffet aus. Wer die Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Koh Libong ist noch eine sehr unbesiedelte Insel, entsprechend ruhig und gelassen ist die Umgebung. Trotzdem gibt es etliche Möglichkeiten, lokale Spezialitäten zu Tiefstpreisen zu geniessen.

Rolige omgivelser på skøn ø

Dejligt lille resort på en skøn og uspoleret ø. Her kan man koble af og nyde dagen. Synes måske prisen er lidt i overkanten af, hvad jeg får for pengene. Priserne på rest også i overkanten - i forhold til andre steder. Men super hyggeligt - elsker de små resorts ved vandet.

Great place to relax

Really enjoyed everything about the resort. Perfect for a little older clientele. Pretty isolated with not much to do at night if your the type that likes partying. Would recommend highly.
