There’s way better value for money on Koh Chang. Staff is very polite and helpful but the accommodation is to call very mediocre. There’s windows in the roof that cannot be blinded, overall maintenance is a few years behind and the location is a bit remote, you can only leave the property bij taxi (witch is overpriced by the resort) or rental scooter. I’m in a resort now a few miles down the road for almost half the money and way better accommodation.

One of the most beautiful setting on Koh Chang but the room was just ok. A multitude of small ants made themselves at home, good thing we had our trusted giant gekko to protect us! The staff was initially very cold, but their attitude improved with time. Our early departure (5:30 AM) was handled professionally and we truly appreciated the dedication shown by the staff.

Definitely needs updates and stronger wifi. Along with better air conditioning. In dire needs of better beds. But with that said location is quite amazing. And the team that work here are pretty incredible.

Room was a mess it was so filthy there was rat poop on the bed not once but twice in our 5 day stay. I lost electricity twice because the refrigerator and the plug-in kettle were on the same outlet. They say they have Internet access, but the only Internet that they provide is an unstable connection which will not allow most people to log on if their computer requires a secure connection.I spent half my vacation waiting for them to come and fix my room. They never comped me anything then in the end they try to build me for multiple things in the refrigerator that were still in there would never recommend this place to anybody stay away.

Idyllic resort, with its own picturesque beach.

Idyllic resort, with its own picturesque beach. it has two swimming pools. Downside is that it's not easy to get to the nearby communities (eg Lonely Beach), especially at night because it's dangerous to walk along the roads. There are taxis, but the prices are extortionate at night. It's more suited to families and couples, who aren't bothered about going outside the resort at night.

Drömlik strand

Vi är ett pensionärspar som vistades 9 nätter på resorten i en strandvilla (102) och hade en fantastisk tid där och är helnöjda. Vad vi saknade på rummet var stolar och förvaringsutrymmen. Det fanns ett utrymme i kombination med duschrummet med men utan hyllor eller krokar. Även litet utrymme för galgar där man kunde hänga kläder men inga lådor f.ö. eller sängbord. Bagaget fick agera garderob mitt i rummet. Vi hade gärna haft mer än tre spikar att hänga upp handdukar i badrummet. Lite unken lukt på WC. Men bortser man från det var resorten fantastisk, lugnt område, ingen trängsel, lite drömlik strand med ebb och flod. Det går att äta mat på hotellet men även några andra restauranger som nås via stranden, vid flod barfota. För att komma till Lonely Beach kan man förvisso gå till fots men man får då svettas ordentligt då det innebär att gå uppför en hel del. Och med smal väg som är vältrafikerad. Tid ca 20 min men med taxi går det också bra (ca 100 Bht/person dagtid, dyrare tillbaka kvällstid)

Everything was great to start. Room beautiful, staff great, area nice but no hot water. Even when it worked it was Luke warm at best and the worst internet on the island . If it were not for Pam at the front desk who was wonderful this place would have gotten 2 stars from me. It would have received 5 stars if the internet and hit water worked. Thanks again for Pam she really tried to solve all problems. Please if you are the owner and can read this fix these areas . I have stayed at the sea view next door and they have great internet and hit water but the Siam bay is definitely more charming.

設備はタイクオリティーで、まあそんなもんかなと言う感じです。 オーナーをはじめスタッフはみんな笑顔で感じが良いです。 ホテルのそばには店や食堂が無いのでタクシーを呼んでもらうか、急坂を登りメイン通りでソンテウを拾うか、レンタルバイクを借りるかとなります。 レンタルバイクはホテルでも借りれますが出払っていることも有り、その場合は店を紹介してもらえます。 びっくりする位の急坂だらけですのでバイクに不慣れな方は危険です。

Un petit paradis

Très beau bungalow spacieux en bord de mer. La plage est magnifique. De nombreux services sont proposés tels que les massages, location de canoë, de scooter… Excellent accueil, le directeur est très avenant ainsi que tout le personnel. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux avec beaucoup de choix. Le restaurant propose de bons plats à prix raisonables.

Ok men inte mer.

Rummen var mer slitna än vad vi förväntade oss. Det gick knappt att låsa rummet. När vi råkade "låsa oss ute" så öppnade jag med ett sugrör! Två av sängarna saknade lakarn och efter klagomål fick vi så vi lakarn så att vi kunde bädda själva. Vissa dagar blev det inte städat och andra så lämnades smutstvätt och soppor kvar på terassen. Stranden var fin, långgrund och lugn, utsikten vacker och avkopplande. Saknade service på stranden och vid poolen. Läget var väldigt avskilt vilket skapade lugn men samtidigt på gångavstånd via stranden till Kai Bae by. Dock var det ett måste med tuk tuk tillbaka på kvällen. Ok men inte mer än så. Inte värt pengarna och definitivft inte det extra dyra natten för inkluderad nyårsfest/nyårsmiddag som bestod av dåligt tillagad och kall mat. Tråkig tisställnig överlag men plus för mycket bra engagemang och försök från hotellets sida. Vill du ha ett lugnt och bra hotell i Kai Bae så rekommenderas grannhotellet på samma strand.

Super dejligt sted. vores aircon gik desværre istykker men vi blev upgradet med det samme så mega god service. vores hytte var dog ved at være lidt gammel og det bare den præg af, men den havde dog en fantastisk placering Helt ud til havet.

Beautiful resort with a private beach, good restaurant, and friendly staff. I got a great off-peak discount and stayed in one of the bungalows on the hill overlooking the sea - the view was amazing, and the room was spacious. One of the pools was being cleaned but it was no problem as I spent time in the infinity pool overlooking the ocean. The water is calm and clear and you can swim far out in the bay; you can also rent kayaks and row out to the island across the bay. The whole experience was beautiful and relaxing!

positiv :Frühstück ok. aussicht auf die bucht sehr schön zimmer sehr groß und offen für kleine gäste essen restaurant ok. lage gut, wenn man sich einen roller ausleiht(im hotel 300baht, draußen 150 am tag). pool negativ: keine wirklicher strand zum baden, da es eine bucht ist und kein beach. zimmerservice erneuert tee und kaffee je nach Laune aber wasser hat zumindeat geklappt. beim auscheck nervender abzockversuch mit der minibar... haben nur eine cola getrunken wurde unter anderen bier, mischgetränk und schokolade unterstellt... die gute dame ist 3!!!!mal losgerannt und am ende war es dann doch nur eine cola.....

On n’avait plus envie d’en partir...

L’hotel est très bien situé, les pieds dans l’eau et avec piscine à débordement. L’hotel loue des kayaks, scooters ou organise des excursions avec des organismes de l’ile. Très bon restaurant et petit déjeuner. Nous étions avec des enfants, c’etait vraiment l’ideal. Nous avions un bungalow traditionnel en bois, très simple, au calme, pelouse pour jouer et avec vue sur mer. Un petit paradis que nous conseillons vivement sans doute bien plus au calme que la plupart des resorts de Ko Chang.

Wow, vilket boende, först bodde vi i den billigaste bungalowen på hotellet, helt ok men uppgraderade sen till ett av fem lite dyrare, otroligt stort, rymligt och fint! Hotellet ligger avskilt och har privat strand, lugnt och mysigt! Kanon boende. Två trevliga pooler
