Sea Through House

  • Set primely within Pezula Golf Estate, this home was designed so that wherever you stand, your eyes are drawn straight through to the ocean. Vast panes of glass and an open-plan, minimalist layout keep the sea in sight. With five bedrooms, generous living areas and a protected north-facing courtyard, the house is ideal for family getaways. The sheltered pool area is light-filled and inviting, creating a safe spot for children while adults enjoy the views. There are three en-suite bedrooms upstairs, and two additional bedrooms downstairs that share a bathroom. The two downstairs bedrooms are open to one another without a dividing door. The ground floor offers a living space extending the length of the house. This includes a TV room beside the kitchen, a dining area, a formal lounge, and a gas fireplace. From here, large sliding glass doors connect to the north-facing courtyard and swimming pool, allowing uninterrupted views straight through the house to the ocean.
