Guests can also contact us about the shuttle buses from Farragut High School that take you directly to UT games!

For transparency, please note that our neighbors have goats and dogs nearby, which you may see or hear during your stay. Many guests enjoy this added touch of local charm. Pets: Not allowed ($500 fine if detected).

Smoking/Vaping: Not permitted inside or outside on the property ($500 fine).

Parties/Events: Not allowed—gatherings with your group are welcome.

Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM.

Check-In: After 4:00 PM | Check-Out: By 10:00 AM.

Age Requirement: Primary renter must be at least 21 with valid ID/Passport.
