i was immensely disappointed in the volume of not only the a/c unit, but also the incredibly thin door that allowed so much hallway chatter to cut through. please consider other options

It was a great stay, the pool was chilly obviously not heated, as I thought it might have been. The rooms were clean and smelled so fresh, everything was pretty quiet for majority of the night and day. Staff was friendly! Will stay again next year when we’re back in town.

The property was good, easy to locate and easy parking. The main part of the hotel was nice but the back end of the hotel was a little dirty and smelled like wet dog. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay.

I didn’t that there were cars torn apart for repair in the backside of the building. I also had to request 3 times for staff to ask upstairs people to quiet the kids from running around so we could sleep. It wasn’t until shift change something was done.

I will never use Expedia again or stay at any red roof property ever again. Employees could.not figure out there system. Waited over two hours at the front desk to keep getting bullshitted around by red roof and Expedia calling customer service over n over.

Very clean and quiet. Comfortable beds. It would be nice if enough towels were in the room for the number of people staying in the room so we didn't need to ask for more, but that is not really a complaint, just a suggestion for the staff. Not what I’d hoped for
Room was nice but I got lost trying to find the hotel. No elevator was a problem for me as I was experiencing knee pain & the stairs were difficult. No breakfast offered. Coffee only. There was a barking dog near my room & I thought it would not stop. It eventually quieted down.

Inexpensive at least
It was an inexpensive stay so I wasn’t expecting much. Still carpet dirty and stale. Noise was terrible. TVs on either side, children squealing and shouting all through the night, dogs barking past midnight. Hotel employees looked miserable and were extremely unfriendly. Gave 3 stars because of the price.

Very Poor Chevk In Experience.
I stood in line for about 15 minutes waiting behind a lady being waited on who had an issue checking in which wasn’t the issue. There were 2 sides open and 2 men working the front desk. Both men continued helping the lady and I wasn’t even addressed. A third man came to the front desk to help with the same lady, not once did anyone apologize for the delay or offer to check me in while she he other two helped her. It wasn’t until all she was finished that one of them spoke to me.

Everything was fantastic, rooms were clean, bathrooms were in decent shape, little samples were there, AC was cold. Two negatives: Standard definition TV in 2023 is kinda lame. The bed was awful. I had to use one of the pillows in order to fill the cavity in the bed where others have slept before me. The Best Western across the interstate had much more livable beds.

Great if you're traveling with a dog except for the laminate floors. My 95 lb dog with arthritis had a hard time feeling safe walking and getting up and down to sleep. I understand it's one of the reasons it's so clean just be aware. Very drab entry and sign so faded it's hard to see. But the room an employees were really nice!

The staff was very friendly and love that the hotel allows pets to stay free. The pet fees are kinda high at some hotels so that is a huge selling point for me. Thank you Red Roof Inn! And my Mala thanks you too!
