Serene Owner Managed Cottage, tucked away in a quiet wooded environment with all your needed amenities included.

Experience the pleasure of nature with only a 10 min drive to downtown Knoxville/UT. Day trips to Dollywood, Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge and the Smokey Mountains make this cottage perfect for vacation stays and a 1 night stop by for traveling guest. This two bedroom, one bath home features Nectar mattresses, French linen sheets in summer, organic cotton flannel sheets in winter, with organic cotton blankets year round. You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with organic spices and teas, RO water system, and natural/organic snacks. A comfortable living room with 50" flat screen TV, and small table for dining is provided. The bathroom features a rainfall shower, natural shampoos/soaps, and organic cotton Turkish towels for rejuvenating one's self. Relax on the deck for dinner, stargazing, and your morning coffee. A charcoal grill is on site and a 28 day maximum stay.

Nice Little Resting Spot

Peaceful stay

This was a great place to stay. It was very quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable. The shower was great for a tall person. The essential oil diffuser was a nice added touch. We enjoyed visiting the Smoky Mountain National Park and Pigeon Forge which were not too far away.

Lovely cottage

My daughter and I stayed for a number of events at the University and at the Convention Center. We loved the cottage. Many small details made it very comfortable, it was very clean, and the area was quiet. We were very convenient to downtown, UT, and the river. Kathy was a great host. I’d definitely stay again.

Relaxing and Peaceful

We enjoyed our weekend in Knoxville while staying at Kathy's vacation rental. The property was easy to find -- just a short drive from downtown, and the check in information that was provided made the process quick and easy. The home was clean, cute and cozy. It looked exactly as pictured on line -- a setting both quiet and peaceful.

This cute house was exactly as advertised. We really appreciated all the high end details that made the stay special ... organic cotton towels, RO water, Green pans, super comfy beds, etc. Booking and communication was excellent and the location was perfect for splitting time between Knoxville, and Pigeon Forge.

Just what we needed

We had 4 adults stay for 2 nights to visit UTK for a football game. This was a great place to stay. The house was adoreable, clean, and very convenient to the university. The biggest stand out was the home owner, Kathy. She is incredibly friendly and helpful. She gave us great recommendations and helped us out with a few requests. I highly recommend staying here.

Super cute house

The host has done a terrific job with decorating details and special features, like honey and lemon for tea. It was very quiet and peaceful, yet close to restaurants and grocery store. We enjoyed the places the host suggested—Kern Food Hall and Wild Love Bakehouse. 😋

Cute & cozy cottage

We stayed 2 nights in the cottage. It’s small but met all our needs. The kids said the twin beds were very comfy. The owner was responsive & friendly. I was worried the location would be farther away from campus and Knoxville proper but it wasn’t bad. Would stay again!
