Chris was an excellent host and quickly responded to messages prior to arrival and during our stay. We had a mom trip while our girls attended Lady Vol basketball camp for four days. The house was 11 minutes from Thompson/Bolling arena, really an ideal location to stay for attending UT athletic events. We loved the house!

Home for Thanksgiving

This was the perfect place for our Thanksgiving week! So well stocked, and super clean. The game room upstairs was awesome and I loved the special touches like the coffee bar. Look forward to staying here again!

Knoxville Spring Break

Cozy cabin close to everything

My son and I enjoyed our stay at this property while in the area to visit the Smokies and Oak Ridge. The beds were comfortable and the game room was so much fun. Would recommend!

We stayed here for my daughter’s softball tournament with 6 adults and 2 children and it was wonderful!! There was plenty of space for everyone and lots of fun things for the kids to do! The house was clean, had everything we needed, and had a great backyard hang out space! We would absolutely stay there again!

Cute house with everything we needed and a bonus of fireflies in the woods behind the house. Fire ring with comfy chairs was delightful as were the back porch rockers. Kitchen is well equipped and the beds and bedding divine. We will stay here again.

Adorable house

Adorable house that is immaculate and full of charm. Great for kids, young adults and families. Huge fenced in yard is perfect for pets. The connection place

Great location, warm interior, feels like home, we hosted several small dinners and enjoyed all the indoor/outdoor activities. The game room is great! Shot some pool, bonfire out back, grilled some steaks, made s’mores, football on the big screen and to wrap it up, a private bedroom to rest. Can’t wait for my next visit!

Great house!

The property was very nice, clean, and well kept. The house has plenty of room for adults and teenagers to all have their own space. The game room upstairs was fun for the whole family.
