With a new sofa, new King bed and memory foam mattress, new dresser and bedside tables, this modern quiet 2/1 in the heart of West Knoxville is ready for you to call it your home away from home. W Knox is one of the most desirable areas in Knoxville. Conveniently located within minutes of I-40 and in close proximity to ALL area hospitals, West Town Mall, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, great restaurants Starbucks, and MORE! It is a quick 9 miles to UT Knoxville downtown.

This rental unit is ideal for business travelers or couples who are relocating. It is also great for Travel Nurses, corporate bookings & those in transition. Very serene neighborhood. House is on a large corner lot.

The home has 2 well-appointed bedrooms with 1 Queen, 1 King, blackout curtains and a sit/stand adjustable desk that looks into the back yard tree setting. The 1 full bathroom is situated outside of the bedrooms to provide easy access if both rooms are occupied. The living area and kitchen are open concept and completely furnished. The kitchen table collapses into the wall to add more space when not in use.

This is a monthly rental and the pricing already reflects this rate. There are no discounts because the demand for this unit is greater than its availability. Rent includes free high-speed wifi, utilities and lawn care. Roku TV, so bring your passwords to stream your favorite channels!
