Prime location!!! Just off of Kingston Pike & I-40. At the edge of the University of Tennessee Campus with quick & easy to Downtown. The condo complex is not new but well loved and will be comfortable & safe for you and yours during your stay! We have included all modern upgrades so you can enjoy today`s amenities with yesterday`s pricing.



*There is the potential of a train nearby that we do not even notice! But if you think you might we have included noise machines in each bedroom for your use for complete, restful slumber.



Several parks, restaurants, Neyland Stadium, Thompson Bolling Arena / Food City center are walkable. Or very economical Uber & Lyft rides to Downtown and more! KAT (Knoxville Area Transit) is also nearby if you have the desire to access public transportation!
