"Th hotel was in a great location for my needs. I have stayed in many 5star and luxury hotels. This one really needed attention to cleaning! The headboard had lots of dust, the shower glass had soap streaks on it, the floors were not vacuumed, and there was a lipstick stain on one of the glasses."

"The staff were kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and easy to park. The internet was down much of one day. The pool is undergoing repairs and not available. Anyone staying in Downtown Knoxville should know that on weekend nights loud cars and motorcycles race around the streets in 1 or 2 in the morning. It's not the hotels fault, but if you need to sleep, bring your earplugs."

"Overall, it was a great value for the price. The hotel is definitely dated and could use some updates. The beds weren’t super comfortable, and the pillows were unusually small, which made sleeping a bit difficult. On the plus side, the breakfast was surprisingly good with a nice selection, and the staff was friendly. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay and don’t mind older accommodations, it’s a good option."

"The property was in perfect condition. The rooms were comfortable and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and concerns. I was amazed at the selections at the breakfast bar. Everything was delicious and fresh."
