Welcome to Smokey Grove! Experience this true South Knoxville Gem! This country cottage has been completely remodeled and is ready for visitors. This beautiful home boasts an open floor plan, 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, LVP and tile throughout the home, exposed beams, and modern lighting. A spacious family room and a game room with a dining table that doubles as a pool or ping pong table flanks the modern kitchen area. The house has several usable outside areas including a large covered front porch, a covered area on the side for dining or cornhole, and a patio area in the rear with a fire pit. It is in close proximity to the University of Tennessee and is only 4 miles away from Downtown Knoxville. The house is also under an hour drive to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! This home is a perfect choice for your next Tennessee adventure- we can’t wait to have you!

Please use the front door to come and go as this is the code you will have to get in and out of the house to lock it. Please ONLY LOCK the dead bolt -not the knob.
All Trash should be placed in the large can in a bag next to the A/C unit on the side of the house.
Please strip beds of sheets and place used towels in the tub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

This was probably the best VRBO we’ve stayed at!Super comfortable and up to date. It was extremely well done in all areas. Pool/ping pong table was a huge hit. The house was extremely well appointed with very nice furnishings. We couldn’t have asked for a better house for our time in Knoxville.
