The staff were friendly. Furniture in the room was broken, coffee maker didn’t work, tv didn’t even work. I honestly had to make sure the bed didn’t have bed bugs because the property looked so run down and things were broken

I reserved two non-smoking king size bed rooms, one for myself and my partner, and the other room was for my parents, who are 90 and 88 years old. The young man who checked us in put us on 2 different floors! When I asked if we could get rooms close together, he said that one room would have two queen size beds. I think that a hotel that offers adjoining rooms would have two rooms available with king size beds. Then he offered us 2 bottles of water and 2 cookies. Four of us were standing there. I made a remark about it and he said that it was complimentary. Then he handed me another bottle of water and another cookie! Poor customer service!!!! However, the complimentary hot breakfast was good, and the hotel's location was convenient to our friend's house off Papermill Rd.
