Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this centrally located home close to everything Knoxville has to offer. Less than 15 minutes to the University of Tennessee campus, South Knoxville, Ijams and Farragut. Complete with essential amenities like WiFi and Washer/Dryer. Reminder that check out is by 10 a.m. A late fee will be assessed if guests leave more than 15 minutes late as we need to leave time for the cleaning crew to prepare the unit for our next guests.
Leave dirty towels and linens in the bathtub.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
