"Warm welcome at reception and advised where our room was located and how to get there. The view from the room overlooked a pond and the course which was amazing. Being close to a pond means you hear everything that lives in the pond during the night but it wasn't too distracting. Room was clean and well presented. Bed was comfortable. Bottle shop on site will be handy next time and short walk to Coles. Won't look elsewhere when staying in Victor next."

"The property although a bit dated, was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay.The location is spectacular right across from the beach and a great walking trail We saw dolphins through the loungeroom window and other wildlife on our walks.One thing to keep in mind when booking any stay in Port Elliot is that some of the eateries are closed at the beginning of the week."

"This is an excellent stay with beach views from the large balcony. There is a great coffee making machine and a washer/dryer (clothes airer also) which we needed after a long road trip. Its a short drive to Victor Harbour, and an easy walk to the Port Eliot town centre, with good options for breakfast and dinner.The fireplace was welcome in the winter - be aware it is a townhouse and the kitchen/living are up a flight of stairs. All up, an excellent stay."

An easy house to stay in, everything in great working order, and the big pool table was a huge hit. We would be happy stay again with our extended family. And our host was lovely to deal with."

"Happy with location. Found the towels were stained so maybe new towels in order.Have to mention the lower bathroom situation and lack of privacy with having a shower and even Though frosted window, very easy to look through. Also lost my knees on a couple of times when Hubble walked in back door and I was on toilet, very impracticable set up. Loved upstairs though. Would suggest adding a bbq for convenience"
