Fettgeruch auf dem Balkon (Balkon kostet extra) vom Restaurant. Betten für zwei Kinder viel klein. Gardinenstange fiel direkt mitsamt Vorhängen runter. Sauberkeit naja"

"Charming small hotel visited a week before Easter 2024 - not their peak season so I suspect it is sometimes harder to get the lovely room on the 5th floor - but the room itself was a solid without being outstanding. The breakfast included in the room was decent - perhaps not as good as in some larger hotels but it would be unfair to expect them to provide as much variety in such a small hotel - and the made to order choose your eggs was a nice touch. "Lovely, lovely. The proprietors and cook are friendly and considerate. There are many interesting features in the home, its decor, and the gardens. Our room (the Belvedere) was spacious—bedroom with sitting area, bathroom, living room with sitting area. The delicious breakfast was multiple courses and served on authentic heirloom quality dishes. The surrounding village, forest, and lakes are beautiful. A magical stay."

"It was by far the WORST hotel i ever been to and the service was terrible. They didnt have an elevator so I told them i have a baby and they should change my room to the first floor but they denied because they said it will cost them! They didnt care bout the customer needs they didnt help me i had to carry the baby and my bags upstairs and later take it all down again even though i told them im operated and had a C section. We had 4 nights there and i told them any time possible let me go to...

"We get to the hotel and greet the receptionist and say we have a reservation and she starts speaking in german and say we don't have a reservation (i think) in a very angry way, and when i didn't understand she got even angrier and gesticulates at us, and then guy shows up that speaks good enough english and we ask what's wrong and he says nothing and we get our key.
