Clean and with really friendly staff. 3rd floor room was quiet.
Breakfast was tasty.
Nothing wrong with the hotel for a family stay for a couple of nights.
My only issue was with the pool, the wood around it was old and it was easy to get splinters / there was lots of metal bits screwed into it that you could catch your foot on.

What a place! Everything is fabulous and the staff are exceptional. This was our 6th visit to the Cellars and it won’t be our last. The beautiful gardens together with the stylish interiors make for a luxurious and relaxing stay. The restaurant food is delicious too, what’s not to like?

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed in. From the moment you arrive you relax in 5* luxury, the staff are outstanding, warm and friendly. Facilities incredible, mountain views across the Vineyards a stunning kitchen garden and 2 outstanding restaurants.
