Sage & Pine Modern Townhome is a 1725 square foot fully renovated townhome located at The Running Y Resort. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with breathtaking views overlooking the forest.

The master bedroom is located downstairs and boasts its own private bathroom with a renovated shower and vanity. Enjoy the soaking tub, or views of the forest!

The kitchen is newly renovated and has an open design, which is perfect for cooking and conversating with friends and family!

The two rooms upstairs have a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

We have an additional twin size rollaway bed available for rent at $25 per night . Please let us know if you will need this option 48 hours prior to your stay!

The hot tub, pool and fitness center is located on site at The Running Y and is a 5 minute walk, or 1 minute drive. These amenities can be accessed with keycards. These are all shared facilities with other Running Y guests. Please note, the pool, hot tub and fitness center are not attached to the townhome.

We insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation and will be included in your rental rate. This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process. It’s our way of making your stay stress-free while ensuring our homes are well cared for.
