Front office team was really bad, knowledge and communication did not appear, they could not even answer simple questions, can’t fix their own mistakes. They were not trained at all. "We had a good holiday here with our friends from the UK. Vedat, one of the waiters in the restaurant was a star for us, looking after us extremely well. Plenty of choice in the restaurant for all meals - no problem there. Such a shame that the alcohol on offer as part of the all-inclusive stay was of poor quality. We do realise that the hotel is catering for people from all parts of the world and that not everybody appreciates quality alcohol..."

"The staff was very good and friendly. The art team is active and involves the guests in different activities. The area around doesn't have trusted shopping stores, so you need to go to Novamall. It's not far from the Old City. We took public bus #1, which cost 30 lire, from Armas to the Old City. I recommend this hotel."
