"excellent stay again. food in buffet is excellent quality and always hot. same for bbq and levante restaurants. all staff friendly and smiley. main pool is heated warmer than babies and kids pools and is a lovely temperature. only negatives is that you are pinned in like sardines on the loungers around the pools. the main pool is the same depth throughout. it would be great if there was a slopped entry and more shallow area so that our 7 year old was not out of their depth"

"Very nice resort with lot of fun. Enjoyed a lot especially staff, pool, beach behind the hotel, water sports like parasailing, lot of food and drinks, animation team and the professional dancers at amphitheatre. Very good for families. Few things to improve: the room ( villa) is a bit old and toilet is small and old for a five star, receptionists struggled with English and was not easy to communicate, food was repetitive but not an issue as a lot of options. "Huge resort with a lot of greenery. We got an upgraded room in a small building rather than a multi story one near the reception. The room was large, with a separate small coupe like room with 2 beds, i'd assume for kids, so they are semi separated from parents if needed. Big bathroom with strong shower. All the other necessities are in place. Huge pool with nice water temperature. Lots of bars, snack shacks, etc. They have a real turkish coffee made on the black sand, which is a nice addition...

"Exellent vacation. Great pool area, good beach, variety of food was wide, service was good and shows we watched (2 night) were professional. Also blenders in bar were brand label such as some beverages and not local. Overall nothing to complain. Traveling with 8yrd old. "

"Vom Gesamtbild ist es meiner Meinung nach kein 5 Sterne Hotel im vergleicht zu den anderen in der Türkei. Da fehlt noch einiges auf jeden Fall. Das Personal ist meist kein türkisches Personal und sehr unfreundlich sowies lustlos. Das Hotel ist eher etwas für Leute aus dem Osten Europas, welche auch dort besser behandelt werden. Das Personal beobachtet einen beim Essen und kommentiert dies auch auf deren Sprache gegenseitig mit den anderen Mitarbeitern. Abends wird Party gemacht und diese nur mit...

"Very clean and nice accommodation with plenty for children to do. Spacious with good food selection and several restaurants. The staff is helpful and responsive. Excellent selection of swimming pools if you do not fancy the rocky beach. It was sometimes difficult to find a clean table at peak meal times and wild roosters roam the property and a mosque is near with morning prayer calls, so if you don't fancy an early wake-up call from either, then perhaps worth staying elsewhere."
