"The hotel was very close to Massey University. it appears to have been recently remodeled. Everything is up-to-date and modern. It had a full kitchen as well as two beds and a comfortable seating area. there were a lot of very thoughtful, small add-ons like fresh milk for the coffee and fresh cookie in the room. The staff was extremely polite and friendly. They gave us a great run down of the area and things to do! Parking was plenty and spacious. we did not do laundry as it was the end of our trip. we will definitely stay here again when we visit our daughter at school! "

"Hotel is in good location right by square and staff were helpful. Room was clean. Parking was a bit of a pain and the parking area needs to be booked ahead of time. It’s around the corner from hotel. The room we were in had a wet room/accessibility shower. The curtain around it was inadequate to keep bathroom dry. Whole room ended up soaked every time one of us showered. FYI. Room is only serviced every other day. So needed to exchanged soaked towels ourselves. The room was missing the iron and the tap in bathroom stuck quite badly. Not a 4 star hotel. Was ok, but we would book elsewhere next time."

"Greeted by friendly Andy. Went upstairs to room 16 and were surprised as to how spacious it is. We found it to be very clean and had everything we needed. We will certainly be returning. "

"There was nothing unique about the property. The two single beds were unquestionably the worst beds we have ever tried to sleep in. The springs were pushing into every part of the body (like torture) and the pillows were horrific. The TV remote was flat. The shoer head was black with dirt, and the hand basin was pretty much blocked, so you didn't need a plug."
