"This is our all time favourite stay, beautiful gardens, lovely sea view, staff are exceptional. Everyone went out of their way to make our stay great. Food was excellent Felt like we were staying with a family. Perfect place to relax and enjoy. If u are looking for action and tons of activities then look elsewhere, this is a place to chill, so safe and they look after everything. U can get to places like Stonetown as rides are easily arranged by the hotel. "

"Ottima struttura per visitare e godersi la costa est di Zanzibar. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Il ristorante davvero ottimo sia per le colazioni sia per i pasti. Per chi cerca un’oasi di pace diversa dai classici resort (per vivere l’atmosfera di Zanzibar in modo più autentico) e della buona ospitalità (e cucina) italiana sicuramente è il posto giusto! "I love location of this hotel -on the beach.Staff is very friendly and helpful. Breakfeat meniu could have more variaty,it was so borring to eat pancakes and donuts with watermelion and pineapple for 2 weeks. The first room ,which we stayed was in the terrible condition -couldnt flush toilet,no hot water and later even cold.Then we moved to the room -closer to the beach ,which was much better."

"This is not 4 stars hotel. This is 2 stars hotel. The pictures are photoshops. The beach is not swimmable, there is big pallet of garbage, old decaying seagrass with plastic and other garbage - nobody is cleaning "the beach" - never. Everyday 4-6h no electricity (what it means you cannot take a shower). The pool area pictures - taken like 10 years ago. Now everything very dirty and teared. I can talk and talk about this scam. I filled a complaint to Orbits about this scam (as I paid for 4 stars...
