"Ottima struttura per visitare e godersi la costa est di Zanzibar. Camere essenziali ma confortevoli, pulite e moderne. Staff super, Roberta e i colleghi ti fanno sentire davvero a casa. Il ristorante davvero ottimo sia per le colazioni sia per i pasti. Per chi cerca un’oasi di pace diversa dai classici resort (per vivere l’atmosfera di Zanzibar in modo più autentico) e della buona ospitalità (e cucina) italiana sicuramente è il posto giusto! Super consigliato! "

"The villa is beautifully arranged and has a somewhat jungle-like ambiance. The room, styled in an African theme, was tidy. The staff proved to be exceptionally friendly and helpful, offering advice on places to visit and assisting with taxi arrangements. Breakfast includes fruits, eggs, and coffee. The location is convenient as well. I would highly recommend this place."

"The property was very nice and the room was clean. The staff was courteous and the owner was very helpful. The room had no air conditioning and the power went off for about 4 hours in the middle of the night. It was very hot and difficult to sleep. Also the water pressure was barely a trickle making showering almost impossible. "

"We loved our stay at Kholle House in Stonetown. The hotel was Beautiful and the perfect escape to after a long day exploring. All The staff was fantastic in helping us get the arrangements prior to arriving and then helping us with a couple of the activities we wanted to do. We highly recommend."

"We stayed in the Mercury room. The room was fine. The windows are coloured glass with no window coverings so it gets bright when the sun comes up. The walls are thin so you can hear outside noise but it’s not loud.
Good air conditioning, fan and there was a mosquito net.
There is a sort of mothball smell but that’s likely from bug spray.
Staff were nice and courteous. The breakfast was decent and there was a nice view of the Old Fort.
The hotel is located in a main tourist shopping area."
