"A brand new hotel so very clean and comfortable. The room was nice but sparse, by US standards. The breakfast was wonderful with ample choices and it had easy access to our activity. The check in is a bit strange as there is no reception so you have to download their app and check in from there."

"Where to start. No instructions given via Vrbo (as told via Expedia listing) on how to check in. Found the key in an envelope with my name on it, nobody to be seen. Tried contacting via Expedia to see how to check in and got an answer 12 hours later - terrible service from Expedia also. Once checked in, an elderly gentleman found us to introduce with broken English but very friendly and very polite. Wanted the city tax in cash which was no problem, but no introduction or conversation about...
