Ground Level: Exterior amenities include an outside shower, fish cleaning station with utility sink and a gas grill.

Mid Level: Enter the home from the stairs in the left side carport. Inside you'll find a King Master Bedroom with TV, Queen Bedroom with TV, Bedroom with 2 Singles, Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets and TV, full hall bathroom and the laundry area with washer and dryer.

Top Level: Great room with ocean views, gas fireplace, TV and deck access. Kitchen with counter seating for 4, dining room seating 8-10, screened porch with table and chairs for 8 and a half bath.

Extras: Screened porch, gas fireplace (available November 1- April 30), gas grill, fish cleaning station, outside shower, ocean views, washer/ dryer, high speed internet access, linens and towels provided and Community pool & tennis. No Smoking. No Pets. Full week rentals only. Distance to beach access: Adjacent to community beach walkway. House Address: 125 Dianne Street. Beds: King, Queen, 2 Singles, 2 Bunk Sets. Key Type: Hard Key (must pick up keys from check-in office). CHECK IN LOCATION: 1213-C Duck Road, Duck Office.
