This lavish estate situated on over 1 acre of oceanfront will ensure that all your vacation dreams come true. Sweeping ocean views and luxurious features abound such as limestone tiled foyer, elegant custom trim, granite and marble countertops, exotic wood floors and unsurpassed standards of design and workmanship throughout. An elevator provides ease of access throughout all levels of the house accessible from the ground level through the garage.

This historically designed estate features an oceanside pool overlooked by a pool house which features a large granite top bar and half bath. A dune top gazebo of ole Nags Head design features built-in seating and is located on the private dune walkover to the un-crowded beach. At the end of the day, family and friends can gather in the spacious grand room overlooking the Atlantic and savor the aroma of their favorite seafood delicacy. After dinner in the oceanfront dining room, you may choose a night out at the sports bar playing pool, a game of cards, or just watching a sporting event on the flat screen TVs. Movie buffs can relax with your favorite movie in the tiered seating of the theater room, or just retreat to the quiet of the comfortably furnished library and curl up with a good book.

Beautiful Beach House

Can’t say enough lovely things about this property. The location is spectacular. The pool/hot tub are amazing. The indoor space allows up to 16 to live very comfortably. And then the neighboring towns are amazing and easily accommodate your every need. The only issue we had is that I missed no hairdryers and no beach towels. Thankfully I was able to get the word out for the rest of the party before they arrived but I had to purchase some. Overall one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever rented! Many dolphins every day. We rented paddle boards as well. And simply enjoyed every spot on this property.
