Hostetler is a three bedroom home in Olde Duck Beach that combines nostalgic cottage charm with modern updates. The single level floor plan flows seamlessly, perfect for spending quality time together. The main living area extends to an expansive screened-in porch for bug-free outdoor hangouts and casual dining in the evenings. The spacious master suite at the front of the home is a private retreat that features a shiplap accent wall and tasteful decor for an authentic coastal vibe. A large dedicated laundry room provides additional space for storing your vacation gear.
Hostetler is situated in an ideal location on Olde Duck Road, less than 500 feet to the beach. At sunset, go in the other direction towards Duck Road and use the multi-use path to walk or bike to Sunset Grille & Raw Bar, the Waterfront Shops or Duck Town Park and sound-side boardwalk.
