Enjoy soaking up the beach lifestyle at the Coker Cabana! Nestled in the quiet Carolina Dunes neighborhood, this 4 bedroom, 2 bath beach house offers plenty of space for your family. The large living area provides a great place to wind down, complete with a flat screen Smart TV. A fully stocked kitchen gives you the option of cooking in rather than eating out every night (there are several large grocery stores in the vicinity). All four bedrooms are carpeted, vinyl in the main living areas. One of the two bathrooms is accessed from the main area as well as one of the bedrooms. The other bathroom is shared by two other bedrooms. The covered porch offers a dining table for eating out in the fresh open air. At the end of the day, relax on the deck with your friends and some cold ones and watch the sun go down. The rooftop deck provides wonderful views of the sunset.
The whole family will enjoy the convenient access to both the oceanfront and the Currituck Sound. The beach access is less than 400 yards from the house, with a Lifeguard stand at beach access (in season). Also within walking distance is the sound access located at the end of Canvasback Drive. The sound access features benches for relaxation and a pier for fishing or crabbing. You can also use this spot to launch your kayak or stand up paddle board. If you need a break from the beach, shopping and restaurants are located within a few miles! Bring your bicycles or running shoes and take advantage of the cycling/jogging path located safely off the road.
