A large driveway and carport make loading and unloading easy. Rinse off in the outdoor shower and then you can unwind in the bubbly hot tub on the covered deck! You'll love going for a dip in the new private pool. There are two bedrooms on this floor—each with TVs for entertainment and convenient deck access. One room contains 2 Twin Beds while the other features a Queen Bed. A separate room contains a Pyramid Bunk Bed with Trundle acting as a private kids oasis with TV/DVD/Stereo/CD system and game/book library. A laundry room with washer/dryer is also located on this level and a convenient half bath can be found in the stairwell landing.

Walk upstairs to the beautiful great room with a spacious living area, fully stocked kitchen with island bar seating, and a dining room with gorgeous views of Southern Shores through the surrounding windows. Rest easy in one of two Master King Bedrooms on this level, each with a TV/VCR/DVD combo and an attached full bathroom. Step outside every morning on the screened-in porch to enjoy your coffee alongside a warm, coastal breeze and when you crave a little sunlight, relax on the sun deck with your favorite book.
