"My two friends and I (plus two dogs) had a great stay here. Katrin was friendly and communicative. The property had enough room for the dogs to run around and lots of space indoors for dining and relaxing. There are also a number of shops within 30 minutes driving. The house was warm and inviting. The only recommendation I’d give is to bring your own pillows if you are particular. Otherwise everything was perfect! Would come again and would recommend to friends and family."

Etwas problematisch auch die Kopplung von Lüftung und Heizung per Lichtschalter an der Küchenzeile. Es kam zum versehendlichen Ausschalten der Heizung durch Berührung mit dem Ellbogen."

"Die Lage und Umgebung ist wirklich super. Direkt am Meer und auch Travemünde ist mit der Fähre super schnell und einfach zu erreichen. Was uns jedoch schockiert hat war die Sauberkeit. Direkt wenn man reinkommt, ist das Waschbecken super dreckig. Auch das Bad war dreckig, dazu im ganzen Objekt super viel Staub Rezeption versprach uns Nach zu arbeiten, was aber nie geschah. "

"The hotel is a good walkable location for accessing the town center and Schloss. Staff and check in were excellent. The rooms were spacious, modern, well decorated, and clean. The mattress and bedding were very comfortable. The parking garage was inexpensive and there was plenty of spaces. That is the good. It was a hot June weekend and a key criteria for choosing a hotel was an AC cooled room. Outside during the day, it was 32 centigrade. The room at check in was close to 30. When we returned in the evening the outside temperature was 24 centigrade. The room was still close to 30. We turned on the AC, all it did was blow warm air. Front desk was not able to assist. We were forced to sleep in a hot room that never cooled over the course of the night. Cooling should be based on room temperature and occupancy, not outside temperature."
