Enjoy being within walking distance to downtown Portsmouth and quaint downtown Kittery. Spacious, updated home in family friendly quiet neighborhood. Close to Kittery outlet shopping, beaches, and all the arts, culture and activities the seacoast of New England has to offer.
This beautiful historic home in the heart of Kittery has been updated and renovated in all the right places. There is a dedicated desk and working space in the lower level den area just off the kitchen as well as a full size couch and smart TV and free WIFI. A perfect spot to get things done when you're away from your office.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses, coffee maker and more for your cooking enjoyment. The refrigerator has an ice maker on the door and a dishwasher and electric range complete the necessary amenities for the modern kitchen.
The dining room will comfortably seat 6.
The first floor also has a full bath with stand-up shower and a family room to kick back and relax with a good book or TV.
The upstairs offers 3 bedrooms and a dedicated laundry room. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a queen bed, dresser and full closet for clothes. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed, dresser and closet. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and a closet. There is also a full size bath with tub/shower combination.
Enjoy the beautiful fenced in grounds and gardens and dine outside on the patio which is set up for outdoor BBQ's.

Great house! Great location!

This beautiful home is located close to all attractions, shopping and great dining! Communication with the hosts was outstanding! They checked in regularly to make sure everything was great! I definitely recommend this property!

We loved this place! Amazing location - we walked to Portsmouth each day, but appreciated the quiet street and easy parking; having 3 bedrooms was great for our family of 5; the furniture and linens were clean and in great shape; the kitchen is fully stocked, including coffee (great after a long flight!); the host was easy to reach and answered questions quickly; plus, the checkout was super easy. Highly recommend and looking forward to staying here again.

Comfortable and great location

The property is clean and comfortable. Hosts were communicative and great. The location was a quick drive to Portsmouth and to Kittery attractions (outlets, excellent dining). Would stay here again!

Girl’s Getaway

This is an amazing property in a great location. Easy walk to Portsmouth where we spent most of our time. But also a great place to lounge and spend time with old friends. Highly recommend.

Moms weekend away

We had a fabulous time in Kittery for our weekend away. Steve and Jen were very easy to communicate with and made the check in and check out process very easy. The house is clean, spacious and has everything you need. The location is perfect to downtown Portsmouth. We had a great time!

Amazing Location and Great Place

The location and proximity to Portsmouth & Kittery was fantastic; we loved the amenities and space overall. The only thing I wish was for another bedroom as we were working remotely (4 of us). With that said, it was nearly a perfect spot and I would certainly stay there again!

Fun Family Weekend

We had a great stay! The property was just as advertised and well appointed. They have done a terrific job updating this property and it was comfortable, clean and inviting. Great house and location

We were very happy with our stay in Kittery. The house was very clean and Steve and Jen were very communicative and friendly. We especially appreciated the location of the house. It is less than a mile to downtown Portsmouth. We were able to walk across the Memorial Bridge and could enjoy the restaurants and shops in Portsmouth.

Great retreat in Kittery Maine

The property was exactly as described. Perfect place for a family stay. Three bedrooms and the two baths were comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well stocked. Three televisions and a workspace too. Easy walk to Portsmouth and Kittery Forside. Plenty of access to highways. Great place to stay. The owners were responsive to all our questions. Definity a 5 star place to stay.

Cosy, clean and comfortable!

We (family of four, 2 adults, a teen and pre-teen) recently stayed at this beautiful and spacious New England three bedroom house. As soon as we stepped through the door we felt right at home. The house was equipped with everything we needed, was well maintained and exceptionally clean. It’s central location (walking distance to Portsmouth, easy access to the Kittery outlet malls) in a quiet neighbourhood was a great plus. Communication with Jen and Steve was prompt, pleasant and very accommodating. We enjoyed it so much that we ended up extending our stay and will definitely consider staying here again if we come back to the area.
