No 4 stars accomodation. It is clean . Good bed. Nice location. Nice beach and poolterace. No luxury . Dont take a room without bacony. Itd dark and ugly.
I highly recommend Penelope Village. It is close to a beautiful beach within walking distance. The staff was attentive and helpful. The location of the hotel is on the opposite side of the island which I knew prior to making a reservation. I decided to rent a car they helped through every step of the way.
I loved my experience in Mykonos but the staff was one of the highlights.
Another note before I go, my daughter is a certified pool lover and she really liked the pool.

Very far from town central but nice stay if you want to be away from everything. Points lost for night staff he did not help us to our rooms or with luggage and it was a steep hill, very windy in the dark of the night. Overall though nice place.
Wonderful staff that very friendly, however the hotel itself is not too clean. One room had a lot of mold in the shower and it was apparent visually and smell wise. I was told that due to the humidity and winds, all rooms will have some mold.
I ended up getting another room without signs of mold but the shower was in need of a renovation and wasn’t too clean.
The pool is nice but the seats around are yellowed and stained, not sure how the hotel is actually considered 4 stars, I stayed in 1 &2 star hotels/motels that were much cleaner.. Also, food at the hotel restaurant isn’t too tasty and very expensive. Towels were cheap and thin, not soft.
Overall, the place has great photos and is very picturesque in real life but not actually high quality or worth it at all imo..
Side note- The beach nearby is a few minutes walk and is super nice.

We stayed three nights at this all-inclusive resort in Mykonos, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The experience served as a reminder to always read reviews carefully and manage expectations—what you see online may not be what you actually get.
The biggest issue was the gap between the promotional photos and reality. I’ve attached side-by-side pictures to show the contrast between what was advertised and what we encountered. The room and amenities were far less polished than shown online. See photos from the website vs what we’ve got.
The food was a letdown as well. While there was variety, the quality felt lacking—most of it seemed frozen rather than fresh. We noticed the same cheese served each evening, progressively drying out over our stay, which says a lot about the kitchen’s standards.
That said, the staff were consistently kind and accommodating, and their efforts didn’t go unnoticed. It’s unfortunate that their hospitality wasn’t matched by the overall experience.
In short, this resort might work for some, but I’d recommend exercising caution and doing a bit more research before booking.
Beautiful hotel but definitely ask for a room near the pool! 4 flights of stairs up to my room was a push!

Nice hotel, not a great location
Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and big.
We were given a room with a hot tub even though we didn’t book this so we were happy.
The hotel is only a few minutes walk to the beach but far from Mykonos centre.
Taxi was €60 and the closest bus stop was a 25 minute walk (up a steep hill)
Wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy the centre of Mykonos unless you hire a car.
Not what I thought I paid for. Would not recommend. Staff was very nice and tried to be accommodating. The rooms were disappointing.

very bad experience. they had no rooms ready for me when I arrived, even though i had my reservation and room paid already. nothing around the area just the beach.
The accommodation was very nice from the outside. We were welcomed nicely, but when we were brought to our room, it already started. The room looked underground. When we took a shower, the room was flooded. It looked like a cave. The only good thing was the receptionist, Helena, very sweet and accommodating.
