"First thing first - this property cannot be the right one if visitor doesn't rent a car. You can come on a public transportation pretty close. It's where the cave bath. From there to get to the property you need to clime 500 metras in up hill. There's no groccery stores, no cafe or restaurants. I was told that tap water is drinkable.. other than that I it's like a well kept , all clean rooms. I, and there's no shampoo. You clime up, got into property, want to wash hair? Very, very nice.

"It was built in the 1830s, as I recall. It is very pretty. Huge garden. Beautiful stained glass windows. An interesting walking path or two. We had a large balcony that was very nice. We were there on night so we did not get to take advantage of everything. I would recommend at least two nights if you want to take advantage of everything available. "

A wonderful secret in Northeastern Hungary

"An amazing little hotel, just off the M3 expressways in a quiet place in Hungary. Everything was spotlessly clean, food was excellent, breakfast abundant, pool was clean and comfortable. Room was modern and very pleasant in spite of very hot weather outside. We loved this place and would go back in a heartbeat!"
