"Bathroom, microwave and stove top not properly cleaned. Lots of hair in the bathroom from previous use, inside microwave sticky with old food. Staff were nice."

"Terrible room condition, door lock not working, lot of hair everywhere, lot of dust, laundry machine very bad condition. Room keys were already misplaced, which was a security threat. The sink was not working. I left that room within two hours. Better to stay inside your car. "

"Parking underground easy I was supposed to pay £10 per day but the lady at the reception gave me all the days I was there for free cos I sign up to be a member which was nice, my stay was easy nice place very comfortable, amazing
