Pool/ Soa heat: If you need to add pool/spa heat during your stay please let me know at least 3 days prior your arrival. The heating fee is $50 per day - for stays of 7 nights or more, we offer a discount of $40 per day.
If you booked last minute, I will try to arrange for you.

BBQ ACCESS: We have a BBQ on site available to the guest at an additional one-time cleaning fee of $40. Note We do not provide propane.

Home away from home!

This was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Convenient location and seamless check-in made it a perfect choice for a comfortable getaway. The host was in constant communication with us, making sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay! Highly recommend this home for your next holiday!

Very nice house, Extra clean, and a lot of space, We have rented vacacione homes and this is one of the best places we have lived in, 5 ☆.

Family vacation!

We had a great stay! The house was clean, modern, and nicely decorated! pool & hot tub kept grandkids delighted for hours! It was located within easy driving distance of attractions. Jackie was very helpful before & during our stay! I would not hesitate to contact her again!

Quiet Neighborhood gated community

I would recommend setting up the heated pool days at the time of applying for the home. Waiting 3 days before arrival to the property did not work well.
