"We had a wonderful stay at Pinewood Resort & Spa, which fitted our requirements perfectly in not being too large but offering everything that we were looking for - pool, gym, spa, beach, multiple restaurants. One of our party was a vegetarian and there could have been more choice for her. We had booked on an all inclusive package, which was convenient as none of us are large drinkers, but being limited to house wine and having to pay the full cost for cocktails, rather than a small surcharge, did not seem the best approach, especially as some of those cocktails were cheaper than cocktails on the all inclusive list. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The laundry service is also good value."

"Staff was the highlight of the stay - super friendly and helpful. Room is dated already, not much amenity (had to ask for hair dryer every time needed to use). Same chain as Boxo so sometimes Boxo guests sneaked in and used the pool which was not very nice. An ok stay, bit less quality than the price paid"

"The hotel is located in a very nice location in Diani Beach. The beach is very clean and well maintained. There were activities every night. The rooms were large and clean with all amenities. Staff were excellent and the food (all inclusive) was superb. I would stay there again on my next visit."

"Absolutely hands down the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Absolutely everything was perfect. The villa itself is stunning and in a fabulous location. The staff are just so lovely and friendly and absolutely nothing is too much trouble. Eunice made sure our stay was flawless and helped us organise snorkelling, transfers and massages. Beth was a great waitress who learned very quickly what we liked and when! And a massive shout out to Felix and George who kept me and the kids very full and happy with some amazing meals and pastries. We will def be back and would recommend this villa to anyone who likes to be pampered 😊"
