"Everything is just perfect. The room, the spa, breakfast, the meals at the restaurant, the staff. One advice to the hotel: try to fix the shower slippery floor, it is way too slippery and dangerous, especially for old people. Everything else, just perfect. It will be my stop every time I return to the region."

But the location was just right for us, and the hotel was new and clean. The staff were very professional and helpful. We enjoyed the Mannheim-themed decor and the free WiFi and TV. We would deginitely stay here again."
