"Owners welcoming and did their best to make sure everything was perfect. Accommodation was clean and well appointed so that everything you needed had been provided. Tranquil setting. Lots of room for parking and table and chairs outside for al fresco eating. Roomy accommodation. Separate living room so TV or children could be separate. 2 en suites and a separate bathroom so every bedroom was catered for."

"The hotel staff were as helpful as they were able to be. However, the door to the room had to be forcibly pushed and dragged over the carpet to open and close the door which took a lot of effort. The shower hot water was barely lukewarm. We had to pay for wi-fi services for 3 days which has never happened in our travels throughout Australia, Europe or elsewhere in the UK and then the wifi did not work for the whole of our stay and we were not offered a reimbursement. One staff member suggested I visited another hotel to use their wi-fi as they had a better provider and faster internet. When we booked the hotel through hotels.com there was no mention of paid parking. When we arrived we were informed that we would be required to pay 30 pound for our 3 day stay and 90% of the daytime we were out and about and not using the car park. Again we have never had to pay for parking at our accomodation in country towns in Australia, Europe or UK. When we asked for information, directions and maps of the area we wanted to visit we were told there were none available. We also were not informed that there would be a live music band playing until 11pm on the Friday night and as we were on the first floor we would have made other arrangements. It was a disappointing stay."
