Lovely hotel- room was spotless, plenty of parking onsite, cooked breakfast was delicious and gluten-free options were available. Fyona was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back at some point

Our lovely host Fiona gave us a warm welcome! Our room was cozy, comfortable and lacked nothing. Love the tea kettle in the room with a biscuit for bedtime. Easy parking, great breakfast, with something for everyone, even our vegan friend.

Perfect stay! Conveniently located a 15min walk from Kirkwall centre, and plenty of free parking at the property. The room was spacious, well furnished, clean, and a comfortable bed. Fyona was an excellent host; warm and friendly full of knowledge. Breakfast was delicious, setting up perfectly for whatever the day brought.

Fyona and Colin are the ultimate hosts, who looked after us fantastically during our short stay. Going above and beyond, they don't just 'own' a guest house, they run a very welcoming 'guest home', with outstanding breakfast and clean, well equipped rooms and a friendly, helpful and informative attitude. Truly enjoyed our time in Karrawa and would certainly return again and highly recommend to others. THANK YOU for going the extra mile for us!

Karrawa Guest House was great. Rooms were nice, clean, roomy, comfortable. Owners, who were also the staff, were very helpful, friendly, attentive. The rooms include breakfast, which is a full breakfast including made-to-order hot dishes -- food was good, the grilled tomato was a big hit in our family. The Guest House is in a quiet neighborhood (about a 20-minute pleasant walk to center of Kirkwall, or an easy bus or car ride).

The condition of the guesthouse was impeccable. The hosts were great, the breakfast was tasty and the location was walkable to town. The parking was on the premises. Would totally stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Karrawa Guest House! The host was warm and welcoming, answered any questions we had as newcomers to Scotland, and the breakfast service was incredible. Our room was cozy but spacious and the attention to detail made our stay feel luxurious while being functional with small children. We hope to visit again!
