"Outstanding hotel! Loved everything about it. We were visiting for 1 night to do the safari (which was also fab) but wished we stayed another night just to chillax!! Was nicely surprised that their dining prices were no more expensive (in fact cheaper in some cases) than other equivalent properties in Sri Lanka given the remoteness & no other options! Food & staff were great. Lovely pool. Highly recommend."

"Our stay at Cinnamon Wild Yala was absolutely wonderful! The resort itself is incredibly luxurious, with beautiful surroundings that make you feel completely relaxed. We loved the little wildlife moments—monkeys and chipmunks even wandered right outside our room, which made the experience feel very special. The food was buffet style with a huge variety of choices, and every meal was delicious. From breakfast to dinner, there was something for everyone, and the quality was consistently impressive. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went out of their way to be helpful. They made us feel comfortable and ensured our stay was seamless from start to finish."

"Outstanding small villa recently renovated and styled in a very tasteful and relaxing design. We loved it. Communication via WhatsApp with the owner’s daughter was prompt, efficient and with excellent English. She organised our safari, which went smoothly (and the driver was excellent). Upon arrival, we were met by the very charming Anusha who was a lively presence during our short, one-night stay. She and her husband prepared a really delicious dinner, which we had after a quick dip in the pool to freshen up. After-dinner tea served in living room, and breakfast he next morning was equally delicious. Altogether, the owner had a little gem of a property that is well managed. Good value for money. We would certainly return. "
