"The bus service is great and we found that its better to get the bus at the Crocodile seat and head up the valley to Mairebahn and Pendelstein ( Spelling? ) rather than trying to go to Fleckenbalm/Kitzbuhl where having come through the town the buses were often full by the time they got to our bus stop.It's a great skiing area and extremely well developed. "The room is very clean and very nice. The breakfast is wonderful and has a huge variety of food. The staff does the bare minimum and don’t expect Michelin key behavior. The pool area and changing rooms had no towels. No one there to help. Called room service several times and nothing showed up. The main restaurant was closed 3 out of 4 nights and the back up restaurant was not busy, and still couldn’t accommodate basic things like cocktails or controlling coughing children from touching other peoples tables "
