Exclusive-Use Vacation Home in the Thermal and Volcanic Region of Styria

"Arrive, relax, enjoy nature"—that’s our motto for our guests. You’ll be staying in the countryside, surrounded by meadows, forests, and fields—with birdsong included. The house is lovingly and cosily furnished, and you’ll have it all to yourselves. A spacious garden with a larch wood deck, fire pit, sun loungers, and a hanging swing invite you to unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life. Children can let off steam in the garden; a sandpit, swing, trampoline, balls, and more are available for them.
The property also includes a small “chicken coop” visible through several windows; here, by arrangement with the hostess, you can watch the chickens lay eggs—and perhaps even take a breakfast egg or two for yourself. It doesn’t get much fresher than that.

Enjoy the rural idyll and the fresh air during your holiday while strolling, hiking, walking, or biking along the Raab Valley Bike Trail. Various wine taverns, serving typical Styrian delicacies, are located very close to the house, and some are within walking distance. After an eventful day on holiday, you’ll look forward to a good night’s sleep—every bedroom is equipped with new memory foam mattresses that ensure a comfortable sleeping environment.

The nearest town—Kirchberg an der Raab—is just 4 kilometres away (shopping, bakery, hair salon, café, outdoor pool, restaurant...), the train station is 6 kilometres away, and the highway entrance is about a 15-minute drive.
The holiday home is also a great starting point for various excursions and visits to thermal spas.
With the GenussCard included in the price, you’ll receive an additional perk from March through October for over 250 attractions across three regions.
