"We have stayed at this location the past 6 years. Overall, the place is fine. However, there are some issues that need to be addressed based on the money you charge for this house. #1, the internet solution you have currently is horrible. We all get a good signal from the router so the issue isn't the router. The issue is whatever is coming to the router from outside to provide the internet. Everyone of us 10 residents had issues each and every day. Service was always buffering and would come and go. if you are going to charge what you do, you need to have something reliable for internet. it is 2026 afterall. #2, the sink faucet wobbles all around...something needs to be fixed and/or replaced. #3, the pans you have for cooking need upgraded big time. I'm guessing this stuff has been here a long time. #4, it would be nice if the grass could be cut prior to our arrival. We appreciate your addressing these matters :) Thanks"
