Bed and Breakfast in Kintamani

"Not suitable for families. No phones in rooms. No smart tv ( kids cannot access tv in anyway ) Pool was dirty . Maintenance is poor. Construction ongoing in and around the villa. All you can hear is construction tools noise . No easy access /no ramps incase u r injured . Even the driver who came to pick us felt uneasy as the staff was pushing him for our entire day schedule. Charged me 1M for an upgrade and gave the worst room filled with cockroaches Overall disappointing"

"Hotel was new. Design was well done. Marble and tile. Be prepared had different levels. Steps to lobby, steps to room. Did have ramps a bit steep on staiirs. Shower had no grab bars in a big open area. Staff was kind, helpful and an absolute delight. Food was excellent. ."

"It was my first trip to Bali and the offering can be overwhelming. I chose Como Uma Ubud because I wanted to be in a more quiet and relaxing environment, experiencing the rainforest and the infamous rice terraces, which I consider more typical for Bali. The stay was an absolute outstanding experience from start till end. I felt very well looked after and treated with a very warm welcome. The offerings from daily morning yoga and other activities, as well as pampering massages were simply perfect. My request to explore the rice terraces if possible off the touristic path was met with the highest standards. Made, their head of experience guided me along the terraces along with such knowledge and expertise. It was stunning. A regular shuttle is offered to get to Ubud centre, although it’s also possible to walk (this takes up to 40min in this heat it’s not for everyone and the shuttle the preferred transportation option). A very big thank you to the entire staff. You made my stay very special!"

"Overall good hotel, quiet place and friend staff. The rooms were clean and well kept although there was a slightly overpowering smell of bleach which the staff quickly tried to remedy with an additional AC unit. The onsite restaurant had an array of dishes which were nice (not amazing). Ubud centre is a 20 min walk or short taxi away although this is up and down a relatively steep hill. The hotel offers a shuttle bus at specific times although traffic is usually packed. Nice restaurants close by and plenty of things to do in the area."
